VIENNA'S COLORFUL TRAINS
Austrian, German, Hungarian and Czech power at Vienna's Sudbahnhoff, Westbahnhoff and Meidling, Austria's
busiest railway station. Then it's off to the main line west to Saint Polten, with international and long
distance trains, locals and freights. We spend some time at Saint Polten after seeing trains along the route,
where in addition to the bustle of the main line trains we see the narrow gauge Mariazellerbahn. Finally we
follow the main line south over scenic Semmering Pass. Includes a brief look at the control room at Semmering.
